Truly, there really is no reason to stay as an admin, but think about this. Look at all the people here supporting you to stay. That says a lot about your commitment. I know your not leaving, but being an admin, has become part of you. If you give that position now, you will be leaving a gap in the authority, which means the new staff member might either be better than you, or worse.

I really have nothing good to say about you, but that's how it goes.

Also, I recommend rearranging your priorities. You can still be an admin, just be on less time. As I concluded, GrinitΣ is busy as well, so all that is required is that you get assistance from the other staff members if you decide to stay an admin.
