What does this mean


Permanent Races - As a permanent race once you use the powerlevel you've unlocked you can never use it again and you are forever stuck in your new form. You are in no way forced to transform once you unlock a transformation, however you cannot unlock any other transformations even if you have the required powerlevel to do so. If you choose to use your transformation then you can make a post on whatever planet you're on with a small role-play letting everyone know you've transformed. Or, as you see in Dragonball Z, you can choose to use your transformation during a fight. However this will cost you a turn and won't restore your stats, only add whatever the transformation adds.


Does that mean you can't unlock any other transform unless you activate the first one first?

You cannot unlock the next transformation if the one before has not been used.

Moving to the next question. The transformations say powerlevel. Does it actually mean all stats?
